Clean is the easy part
A pool can look perfect and still be wrong. Chlorine that cannot work because the stabilizer is too high. Calcium quietly etching the plaster. Water that is safe on Tuesday and not on Saturday.

Questions people ask before they call
How often does a South Florida pool need service?
Weekly, year round. There is no off season here — water stays warm enough for algae twelve months a year, and the sun burns off unstabilized chlorine in a matter of hours. Service every other week in this climate is usually how pools end up green.
What is included in weekly service?
Brushing the walls and steps, vacuuming, skimming the surface, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, testing the water, and adding what the water actually needs. You get a photo and an email after every visit with the readings and the chemicals added.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. A salt pool is still a chlorine pool — the cell just makes the chlorine on site. The cell needs inspecting and cleaning, and the output has to be matched to what the pool is actually using, which is where most salt pools drift.
Do you do repairs, or only cleaning?
Both. Pumps, motors, timers, valves, heaters, filters and automation. Manny diagnoses the problem and explains it before anything is replaced.
What does pool service cost?
It depends on the size of the pool, the equipment on the pad, whether there is a spa attached, and how much tree cover sits over the water. Manny quotes after seeing the pool, not over the phone from a guess.
Which areas do you cover?
Parkland, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines and Fort Lauderdale, plus the surrounding Broward County communities. If you are just outside, call and ask — it depends on the route.
