Weekly pool maintenance
Brush, vacuum, skim, empty the baskets, test the water and balance it. Every visit ends with a photo and an email listing the readings and exactly what went into the pool.

A neglected or storm-hit pool brought back to swimmable, then held there. Treated as a project with a clear scope and a finish date rather than an open-ended charge.
Filter cleaning and rebuilds
Cartridge, DE and sand. Breaking a filter down properly is different from backwashing it, and it is often the actual fix for water that keeps going cloudy.
Equipment repair and diagnostics
Pumps, motors, timers, valves, heaters and automation. Diagnosed and explained before anything gets replaced, so you are not paying for parts the pool did not need.
Salt system service
Cell inspection and cleaning, output checked against actual chlorine demand, chlorinator replacement when the cell is genuinely finished rather than just dirty.
Spa and hot tub service
Smaller volume, hotter water and far less margin for error on chemistry. Serviced alongside the pool or on its own.
New pool startup
Fresh plaster needs a specific brushing and chemistry schedule through the first month. Getting it right is the difference between a finish that lasts and one that stains in year two.
Repairs get diagnosed before they get quoted
The most expensive thing in pool service is replacing equipment that was never broken. A pump that sounds like it is dying is often a clogged impeller. Water that will not clear is more often a filter that needs opening up than a pump that needs replacing.
So the first visit is diagnosis. You get told what is actually wrong, what it costs to fix, and what happens if you leave it — then you decide.
